The book Shackleton's Way, by Margot Morrell and Stephanie Capparell, is well-known to Shackleton enthusiasts and members of the James Caird Society. It has enjoyed great success, and in so doing had helped further the Shackleton cause and promote his name further around the world.
The book, which deals especially with Shackleton's remarkable gifts of leadership - an inspiration to young would-be business leaders of today and a useful tool for those teaching, advising and encouraging them, has an introduction by the James Caird Society's president, the Hon. Alexandra Shackleton.
