NB: Having completed the membership form above, UK Residents who are paying just one year's subscription should click here to go to Banker's Order Form. UK Taxpayers taking out a three- or six-year subscription are urged to complete the UK Gift Aid Declaration, which brings added benefit to the Society and its membership.
